How we handle your data — and our own transparency
What we collect and why
- Through the form or by email: your company name, work email, any notes you add, and the questionnaire file you attach. Purpose: to scope, produce and deliver the service you requested, and to reply to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Nothing else. No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by this site.
How your material is handled
- Form submissions transit Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and are then processed on our own systems.
- Your questionnaire and documents are used solely to produce your answers. We never reuse one client's material for another client.
- Deletion: on request at any time, and routinely after an engagement closes — write to hello@grantmastermind.com.
- Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
The rules we advise are the rules we follow
- AI transparency (the same Art. 50 logic we brief clients on): parts of this site's content and of our deliverables are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human who takes editorial responsibility before anything is published or delivered — the same human-review-plus-responsibility standard described in Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Art. 50(4), for AI-assisted text.
- Zero invention: the legal claims on this site cite their source and carry a verification date, exactly as our client deliverables do.
- Not legal advice: guides are educational; deliverables are drafts for your review before submission.
If we contacted you first (prospect data)
We sometimes email software vendors who have not contacted us, to introduce this service. If that is how you found us, here is exactly what is behind it, as GDPR Article 14 requires:
- What we hold: your company name, website, a business email address (in most cases a generic one such as info@ or hello@), and a one-line note about what your product does.
- Where it came from: public sources — your own website, public company directories and databases, and public startup and funding listings. We do not buy personal contact lists and we do not guess addresses that a mailbox check cannot confirm.
- Why we may use it: legitimate interest in offering a business service relevant to your role (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), applied only where the local rules on electronic marketing allow it. Where a country requires prior consent for commercial email — Germany (§7(2) No. 2 UWG) and Austria (§174(3) TKG) — we do not send at all.
- How long: until you opt out, or until the address bounces or goes stale — whichever comes first.
- How to stop it in one step: use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or write to hello@grantmastermind.com. Opting out is permanent and covers every future sequence; we also suppress any address that bounces or complains.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest — one email is enough, and we do not ask why.
