Who you're dealing with
Deal Rescue is a service operated by ONE PERCENT NETWORK LLC (United States), the entity that also appears on your Stripe receipt, together with the team behind grantmastermind.com. Contact for everything: hello@grantmastermind.com.
What we deliver
- The service: draft answers to your AI/security vendor questionnaire (up to 60 questions on the standard tier), plus a Gap Summary and a one-page AI Inventory, based on the intake you provide and on cited legal and framework sources.
- Drafts, not filings: every deliverable is marked "For review before submission. Not legal advice." You review, you decide what goes to your buyer, and you remain responsible for what you submit.
- One revision round included, requested within 7 days of delivery, covering corrections and adjustments to the same questionnaire — not new questionnaires or new scope.
Timing and the on-time guarantee
- The 48-hour clock starts when we confirm scope — which happens after we receive both the questionnaire and your completed intake.
- Late means free: if we deliver after the agreed deadline, the engagement costs nothing. That is the whole guarantee — it caps at the fee.
- "First 3 answers free" applies once per company, requires no payment details, and creates no obligation on either side.
Price and payment
- Standard tier: $490 flat, paid after delivery via Stripe. Larger scopes (SIG Core, 60+ questions, multiple questionnaires) get a fixed quote before we start.
- Payment is due within 7 days of delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- No subscriptions, no auto-renewals, no hidden fees.
What we need from you
- Accurate intake answers. Our zero-invention rule means we only state what you tell us and what the cited sources say — if the intake is wrong, the answers will be wrong.
- Authority to share the questionnaire with us. If your buyer marked it confidential, confirm you may share it before sending.
Limits of our responsibility
- No outcome guarantee: we guarantee complete, cited, on-time draft answers — not that you will pass the review or win the deal.
- Not legal advice: deliverables are informational drafts. Items that genuinely require counsel are flagged [NEEDS COUNSEL] instead of guessed. For legal certainty, consult a qualified lawyer.
- Liability cap: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fee actually paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost deals, lost profits, third-party claims).
Confidentiality and data
Your questionnaire and documents are used solely to produce your answers, are never reused for another client, and are deleted on request — full details in the privacy & transparency note.
Changes
If we change these terms, the version in force when you sent your questionnaire is the one that applies to your engagement.
